Service Description
Your day will begin at Ultimate Health & Wellness with a calming Yogalates session, followed by time to enjoy your pamper package and grazing box alongside herbal tea and fruit-infused water 🍓🥖☕️ We’ll then head over to Fire & Ice to unwind with a sauna and cold plunge experience, relaxing foot spas and your own private 10-minute massage treatment, with plenty of time to switch off in the relaxation lounges before we finish the day feeling refreshed and recharged🧖♀️

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation - You can cancel up until Friday 31st July for a refund of £35 (due to online fee deductions) From 1st August your booking is non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you can give your place to someone else with a minimum of 3 days notice.
